Are you interested in becoming a member of the Springfield Roller Girls? January 3rd is the start of OPEN RECRUITMENT month. Come join us!
Starting January 3rd SRG is opening up their practices to ladies 18 and over who are interested in becoming a part of Springfield, Missouri’s first, finest and ONLY full WFTDA league. Think you got what it takes? We know you do! There’s a derby girl in everyone…we want to meet yours!
Practices are Tuesday and Thursday nights at Skateport on S. Glenstone (next to IHOP). Come train with us all month long…then be a part of our 2012 drafts! No experience necessary…but we do encourage you to hit up as many open skating sessions at Skateport as you can before your first day to get over the wheels on hardwood jitters! You’ve got nothing to lose…well nothing except for that 25lbs that the average derby girl loses after starting to train with us! Fitness, fun and fishnets….how can you turn that down?
